Maher Legal Intake Expectations Notice

Maher Legal Services PC receives a significant number of inquiries each week from individuals seeking legal advice or representation. While we make every effort to review inquiries promptly, submission of an intake form, email, voicemail, or message does not create an attorney–client relationship and does not guarantee immediate response.

Prospective clients should expect that the Firm will review intake submissions and respond within a reasonable time as professional schedules permit. Because our attorneys are frequently engaged in court proceedings, drafting legal filings, and representing existing clients, immediate responses to new inquiries are not always possible.

Maher Legal Services generally conducts routine communications during normal weekday business hours. The Firm does not maintain regular telephone or consultation hours during evenings or weekends except where circumstances require prioritization.

Submitting an inquiry through this intake process does not establish representation. An attorney–client relationship exists only after the Firm has completed its conflict review and both the Firm and the client have executed a written representation agreement.
